   
QUAD-LOCK-The most versatile Insulating Concrete Forming System
Build 5 different Wall Widths, 3 different Insulation Values, 90°Corners, Angles, Radius Walls, just using 12 different Parts
Panels made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Ties made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) create a Concrete Form that will accommodate vertical and horizontal Reinforcing Steel as required. Bracing is required only for vertical and horizontal alignment. Filling the cavity with Concrete will create a solid Concrete Wall (2-hour to 4-hour fire rating). The EPS Forming System will stay in place and turn into the best insulation available today, saving you Energy Costs for the lifetime of the building.
5 different wall widths are available and can be combined as desired (413mm (16¼”), 362mm (14¼”), 311mm (12¼”), 260mm (10¼”), 210mm (8¼”)).
Three different Insulation Values are possible, giving you the choice of real R-Values of 22, 32, and 40 (h*ft²*°F/BTU).
The Quad-Lock System encompasses these components:
- made of EPS, available in 2 widths (57mm (2 ¼”) and 108mm (4¼”))
- made of High Density Polyethylene (5 different lengths for 5 wall widths)
- assisting in building corners (inside, outside) and angles
- to assist in starting and finishing the wall assembly
These 12 Components will allow you to assemble all concrete forming for your walls, includingcorners, angles (< or > 90°) as well as T–Wall connections. Transport and storage costs of Quad- Lock are substantially lower compared to pre-assembled block systems. Ordering and keeping track of inventory is easier (you would need at least 45 different parts to do the same with pre-assembled blocks). - Quad-Deck: ICF Joist and Deck Concrete Forming System
- Ledger Brackets and Hangers: ICF Ledger Connector System by Simpson Strong-Tie Co., Inc.; galvanized steel ties for easy mounting of wood or steel ledgers
- Footing Forms on a roll: Fastfoot® by Fab-FormTM; a membrane for building concrete footings. Fastfoot prevents rising damp and forms concrete footings inexpensively. Available in 62''x120' or 74''x120'.
- Edge Form on a roll: by Fab-FormTM; a membrane for building extra wide concrete footings or forming slab edges.
- Radius Track: Flex-C Trac® by Flex-Ability Concepts: a track for construction of Quad-Lock radiuses (curved walls).
- Peel & Stick damp-proofing membranes: Blueskin® or Soprema®. 40 or 60 mil available.
- Peel & Stick Primer: Water-based primer that ensures a positive bond between membrane and terminations (exposed footing and top of wall).
